As owner of Inside Out Construction, Inc., Clem Papas has been a General Contractor in the Dunedin and Clearwater, Florida areas for 24 years. Clem received a 2-year Architectural Degree from St. Petersburg Junior College and a 4-year Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Louisiana State University. Inside Out won Home of the Quarter 2008 for a design/build project in the area.
